Terms of stay
- Hotel accommodation is provided only if you have an original Passport/ ID card/birth certificate for children under 14 years old;
- Children under 5 years old (inclusive) stay free of charge in the same room with their parents, with an extra bed provided.
Сancellation policy
- The room will be ready for your arrival on the day of arrival, starting at 14:00.
- Check-out time: 12:00 departure date.
- Payment is charged per day of stay according to the estimated time.
- Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is included in the room rate.
- For stays of less than one day, payment is made for the full check-out day in accordance with the established check-in time and check-out time.
- In case of early departure due to a reduction in the length of stay at the Hotel compared to the booked stay, the Guest undertakes to notify the Hotel of such a reduction in the length of stay per day and pay a fine in the amount of a day's stay and make a payment for the actual hotel services provided.
- The room rate includes VAT.
- A hotel room is provided to the guest upon presentation of their passport or other identification document, as well as filling out and signing the guest's registration card.
- Guests of different sexes who are residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan can stay in the same room only upon presentation of a marriage certificate.
