- Please note that guests can only stay at the hotel if they have an original passport, ID card or birth certificate for children under 14 years of age.
- Children under 5 years old (inclusive) stay free of charge in the same room with their parents with an extra bed.

Cancellation is free if cancelled no later than 24 hours before the arrival date. You can cancel your booking by e-mail. info@parvozhotel.uz or by phone +99855 603 10 10 . In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival or no-show, the prepayment amount will not be refunded and will be deducted as a fine. |
Cancellation policy
The room will be ready for your arrival on the day of arrival, starting at 14:00. Check—out time is 12:00. Payment is charged per day of stay according to the set estimated time. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is included in the room rate. For stays of less than one day, payment is made for the full billing day.
In case of early departure, the hotel must be notified a day in advance; otherwise, a fine in the amount of the cost of one night's stay will be charged, as well as a payment for the services actually provided.
The room rate includes VAT. Check-in is carried out upon presentation of a passport or other identity document and filling out the guest's registration card. Different—sex guests - residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan — can stay in the same room only if they have a marriage certificate.
